About the Role
This role works closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to translate requirements into robust architectural designs and ensure the long-term stability of the Salesforce ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical design of Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions (PSS), LPI data model, and custom applications.
- Develop and maintain architectural standards, integration patterns, and best practices for Salesforce and related systems.
- Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and OmniStudio Components (Flexcards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, ensuring alignment with platform capabilities and enterprise architecture.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams, review code, and ensure adherence to design principles and security standards.
- Oversee integration between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and data pipelines.
- Conduct impact assessments for new features, enhancements, and platform updates.
- Ensure optimized system performance, data integrity, security controls, and compliance (including role hierarchy, sharing rules, and data governance).
- Support deployment strategies, CI/CD processes, and environment management.
- Serve as a subject matter expert during requirement workshops, design reviews, and solution validation.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Extensive experience designing and implementing large-scale Salesforce solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and integration frameworks.
- Experience with complex data modeling, security design, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency with DevOps tools, CI/CD, version control, and release management.
Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Developer Certifications (PDI/PDII) are required.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect credentials preferred.

Pay
$80/hour (C2C all-inclusive).
