About the role
Our client is looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer for a 6 month contract opportunity located in Phoenix, AZ.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Design & Strategy
- Solution Architecture: Lead the end-to-end architecture of Experience Cloud sites, selecting the appropriate framework (LWR vs. Aura) based on performance, SEO, and business requirements.
- Security & Identity: Design robust security and access models using External Identity, SSO, and complex sharing mechanisms (e.g., Account Relationship Data Sharing, Apex Managed Sharing).
- Governance & DevOps: Define branching strategies and CI/CD pipelines optimized for Experience Cloud metadata deployments.
- Technical Development & Hands-on Leadership
- Advanced LWC: Develop modular, high-performance Lightning Web Components tailored for the LWR framework.
- Personalization: Implement Audience Targeting and Salesforce CMS to deliver customized user content.
- Process Automation: Build scalable workflows using Headless Flows and asynchronous Apex to manage high-volume external user transactions efficiently.
- Data & AI Integration
- Data Cloud Integration: Connect Salesforce Data Cloud to surface unified customer profiles within community portals.
- API Management: Architect and maintain integrations with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, AWS, Marketing Cloud) via REST/SOAP APIs and Named Credentials.
- Leadership & Mentorship
- Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to ensure scalability and governor limit compliance.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Present technical roadmaps to executive leadership and translate business requirements into technical user stories.

Pay & Schedule
- Location: Phoenix, Arizona
- Type: Contract
- Pay: $66 - $70 per hour
- Work hours: 8am to 5pm
