Responsibilities
- Makes 100-200 calls to prospect leads, in most cases repetitively
- Make sure the studio is clean and tidy for first impressions
- Handle escalations for account resolution
- Become stretch certified to fill in for gaps in the schedule where members or prospects may need a stretch
- Directly responsible for managing all employees of the studio
- Communicate KPIs and reporting to the owners frequently
Requirements
- Minimum prerequisite: Personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
Qualifications
- Uses specific protocols to properly position, stabilize, and manipulate muscles using powerful principles of neuromuscular behavior.
- Works with the stretch reflex to increase performance and mobility.
- Identifies and corrects postural and movement limitations through specific applied stretching sessions.
- Helps clients achieve increased athletic performance and range of motion, reduced stiffness, and improved reaction time.
- Has helped 535,279 clients and many pro-athletes reach their athletic best.
- Includes sports celebrities such as U.S. Open Champion, NFL MVP, and IBF Light Heavyweight Champion.

About the Role
Supervises staff and sets the tone in each of our high-energy studio locations. Responsible for the successful operation and financial accountability of the studio. Orchestrates the delivery of superior customer service, achievement of employees, and performance relative to location goals and objectives. Executes implementation strategies and ongoing management of company standards for key operational activities, programs, and goals throughout the studio. Provides leadership, direction, and support to all direct reports.
