Lead RRT - NICU

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team in the NICU and various adult care units.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical practice quality in the NICU, including training and monitoring staff performance.
• Coordinate scheduling and serve as a role model to promote a collaborative, efficient team environment.
• Provide high-standard respiratory care to neonatal and adult patients, including intubation, A-line insertion, and ventilator management.
• Assist with bronchoscopy procedures and attend deliveries in the NICU.
• Participate in cross-training opportunities, conferences, and skill development courses.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Level III NICU.
• Current RRT credential from NBRC and state licensure.
• Certifications in NRP, BCLS, and PALS.
