This role involves a blend of clinical expertise, leadership capabilities, comprehensive patient assessments, and effective communication skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Current Basic Life Support CertificationMinimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience required; at least 1 year of experience in home health or community health preferred. Previous leadership/supervisory experience is a plus.Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHRs) and medical documentation systemsValid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
