About the role
We are seeking a Full Time Assistant Studio Manager to join our award-winning and top-performing lash studio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for managing, training, and teaching, along with previous management experience.
Responsibilities
- Assists studio manager with membership retention and attrition
- Consistently leads by example to create a friendly environment for guests
- Welcomes and assists guests, responds to customer questions and needs
- Answers phone calls, books appointments, and greets guests
- Trains and assists in all administrative tasks (filing, data entry)
- Prepares guests records for services
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of studio and public areas
- Enforces organization standards and sets expectations for quality service
- Problem solves and communicates professionally with team members and guests
- Aid in social media uploads for the general manager
- Experience with Salon/front desk/MindBody POS system is a plus
Requirements
Must have a strong work ethic, be responsible, punctual, dependable, and self-motivated. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as a professional appearance. A competitive compensation plan with potential to earn $14 - $18 per hour plus commission based on performance is offered.
Qualifications
Desired qualifications include a passion for managing, training, and teaching, as well as previous management experience. Experience with salon front desk systems is a plus.

Pay

Schedule
32-40 hours per week
