Responsibilities

• Perform department opening and closing procedures
• Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the pro shop
• Provide excellent guest service by fostering a welcome environment, answering questions and offering suggestions based on available merchandise
• Aid with merchandise management including: shipping, receiving, pricing, stocking, and conducting inventory

• Excellent communication and people skills
• Customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and perform
