Lead Restoration Technician
We're a locally-owned, family-run restoration company serving the greater Seattle area, and we're growing fast across water mitigation, fire/smoke restoration, and mold remediation. We're looking for an experienced technician who's ready to take the next step in their career.

What You'll Do:
- Lead a crew of 2–4 technicians on water mitigation, fire/smoke, or mold remediation jobs
- Make real technical calls on-site — equipment placement, drying strategy, scope decisions
- Be the face of the company for clients during one of the most stressful moments of their lives
- Mentor junior technicians and help them develop into strong crew members
- Work across all three of our service lines — water, fire/smoke, and mold — building a complete skill set
- Take real ownership of your jobs from first call to final walkthrough

- $28–$36/hour starting pay, based on certifications and experience

What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in water damage, fire/smoke, or mold restoration
- IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification
- IICRC Applied Structural Drying (ASD) certification
- Comfortable operating extraction equipment, drying systems, and moisture meters
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills — you'll be the one talking to clients on-site, not just doing the work
A Plus, But Not Required:
- IICRC FSRT or AMRT certification
- Previous crew lead or supervisory experience
- Xactimate or restoration software familiarity
