Lead Restaurant Host (Prism) (PT)

Responsibilities

• Greeting and seating all restaurant guests.
• Answering phones and calls appropriately.
• Ensuring guests in each area are being properly attended.
• Aiding guests in any way possible and directing them to tables.
• Handling initial complaints and informing the manager on duty.
• Ensuring a safe environment for both Team Members and Guests.
• Remaining updated on casino events and hours of operation.
• Utilizing proper procedures and documentation for transactions.
• Attending meetings as scheduled.
• Performing other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Some knowledge of food service procedures.
• Ability to deal courteously and tactfully with the public.
• Ability to understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.
• Requires being mobile 100% of the shift, including maneuvering through crowded areas and climbing stairs.
• May require lifting, transporting, pushing, and pulling items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Experience working in a high-volume venue.
