Lead Response and Service Delivery Coordination

About the role

We are seeking someone to check and respond to equipment rental leads, and coordinate delivery and pickup of rented items.

Schedule

Set hours are 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM CST, with the expectation that you will also monitor and reply to new leads from 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM CST via chat as needed.

Pay

$5 per hour plus $10 for each confirmed rental, reflecting the extended monitoring requirements.

Requirements

• Must be available to start immediately.
• Must be highly organized to follow up on a high volume of leads.
