Lead Residential HVAC Installer

The Role

You will lead the installation of replacement equipment, get the job done on schedule, and hold a standard of workmanship that gets you minimal callbacks. The goal is simple: do work so good our customers point it out to their neighbors.

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience as a lead installer
• EPA Universal Certification

Who We Are

We are QTL Holdings, based in Medina, Ohio. We own and operate the One Hour Heating & Air locations in Dayton and Medina, along with the Benjamin Franklin Plumbing locations in Medina, Dayton, and Columbus. To be clear, we are not connected to Extreme's One Hour in any way. We are an entirely separate company, Ohio owned, with no private equity behind us and none of the usual franchise feel.
