Lead Residential HVAC Installer

About the role

Responsible for installing and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties. Conducts inspections, repairs, and upgrades as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair HVAC systems
• Conduct routine maintenance checks
• Respond to customer inquiries and service requests
• Document work performed and communicate with clients

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
• Strong mechanical aptitude

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Pass a background check

Skills

• Knowledge of HVAC systems
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Good physical stamina for fieldwork
