About the role
As a Lead Residential HVAC Installer, you'll install a wide variety of residential comfort systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC installations with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Install equipment including:
- Heat Pumps
- Gas & Oil Furnaces
- Ductless Mini-Split Systems
- Boilers
- Geothermal Systems
- And other residential HVAC equipment
- Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team when needed.
- Mentor and train HVAC helpers, helping develop the next generation of technicians.
- Complete installations correctly the first time and maintain accurate job documentation.
- Represent Haller professionally in customers' homes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Boiler installation experience preferred
- EPA/CFC Certification (Type I & II required; Universal preferred)
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and installation skills
- Pride in delivering quality workmanship
- A team-first attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Comfortable using an iPad and communicating professionally through email
- Technical school or associate degree is a plus, but not required
