Lead Residential HVAC Installer

About the role

We are a small family-owned business seeking a hardworking individual to join our HVAC Install team. The position offers the opportunity to grow your skills while enjoying time with your family.

Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers. - Drive a company vehicle and maintain a clean driving record. - Use basic hand tools for residential HVAC installations. - Possess RMGA, EPA, and NATE certifications (optional). - Be punctual and reliable. - Lift heavy objects multiple times daily. - Pass a background check and drug test. - Have prior residential HVAC installation experience. - Work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional Saturdays and overtime during busy seasons.

Requirements

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Clean driving record and company vehicle insurance. - Basic hand tools for residential HVAC installations. - RMGA, EPA, and NATE certifications (optional). - Punctuality and reliability. - Ability to lift 50+ lbs multiple times a day. - Background check and drug test clearance. - Prior residential HVAC installation experience. - Great pay based on performance. - Company vehicle, gas card, iPad, and phone reimbursement after training. - Opportunities for advancement and training in various roles within the company.
