Moyer Total Indoor Comfort in Kutztown, PA is looking for a full-time Lead Residential HVAC Installer. The company has been serving the community since 1906 and is a small family business committed to top-notch HVAC, plumbing, indoor air quality, and water treatment services.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate residential HVAC installation projects from arrival to completion
- Provide technical guidance to installers
- Oversee equipment placement and wiring
- Verify proper system operation and make sure every project meets company standards
- Inspect finished work and address concerns before they become callbacks
- Communicate directly with homeowners throughout the installation process
- Develop less experienced technicians through hands-on training and mentorship
Requirements
- EPA Certification
- Experience supervising HVAC installation projects
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive team-oriented attitude
Qualifications
- Residential HVAC installation experience is preferred
- Boiler experience is preferred
Pay
$28 - $38 per hour depending on experience
