Lead Resident Project Representative - Construction

Responsibilities

- Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with contract documents. - Coordinate with office staff for review of submittals, RFIs, and other project-related tasks. - Work in a team environment with clients and across multiple Donohue offices.

Requirements

- 5+ years of progressive construction observation or related experience. - B.S. engineering degree preferred. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and related software.

- Strong understanding of municipal water and wastewater treatment facility construction processes. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Pay

The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000 to $105,000. Actual compensation will depend on education, experience, expertise, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and organizational needs.
