Resident Project Representative

About the role

Donohue & Associates, a preferred provider of water and wastewater engineering services, is seeking an entry-level Resident Project Representative. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with construction inspection on municipal construction projects and a passion for water/wastewater treatment. Projects will involve construction supervision and coordination with office staff for review of submittals, RFIs, and related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction inspection and observation on municipal projects.
• Supervise construction activities and coordinate with office staff.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and other construction documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of progressive construction observation or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field.
• Excellent communication, client relations, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office and construction software tools (preferred).
