LEAD Replenishment Associate - HYBRID
About the role
The Lead Replenishment Associate plays a key role in developing talent and enabling the success of the Replenishment organization. They are a strategic and operational leader within the Replenishment team, responsible for driving process excellence and team development.
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert in the Replenishment systems and tools.
- Train, coach, and mentor new Replenishment Associates and Demand Forecasters.
- Lead team-wide training sessions with timely and relevant content.
- Share insights and learnings across the RP organization to drive continuous improvement and shared learning.
- Proactively identify gaps and opportunities within the team and advocate for strategic solutions; influence and improve RP-wide tools and processes to align with business needs.
- Partner with Sr. Managers and Program Managers on strategic initiatives, adapting to shifting priorities and aligning efforts through open, constructive dialogue with leadership.
- Support team alignment with KPI targets and organizational goals.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment through feedback, relationship-building, and regular touchpoints.
Requirements
- 1+ year of Oracle RPAS experience
- 5+ years of experience in retail merchandise planning or inventory management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in continuous improvement and training (1+ year preferred)
- Ability to quickly adapt to new areas of the business
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, continuously evolving, and sometimes ambiguous environment
- Strong analytical skills – both quantitative and qualitative
- Communicate complex information clearly and effectively, tailoring style to different audiences
- Strong presentation skills across all levels of the organization
- Ability to prioritize requests and business needs
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Ability to ask insightful questions and influence others to achieve positive outcomes
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

- Oracle Retail Planning and Assortment Systems (RPAS) experience
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
