Lead Repair Technician (1st Shift)

We are currently looking for a Lead Repair Technician to join our team on 1st Shift in our Repair Depot.

What You Will Be Doing
- Assisting the Technical Supervisor in planning and communicating work assignments
- Performing repairs on all product categories independently following written work instructions
- Provides technical guidance to lower level technicians and other departments
- Aids Technicians in meeting performance and safety goals
- Assists with product evaluations
- Provides direction to other Repair Depot staff in support of the repair operations
- Communicates issues to the technical management team
- Inspects a unit’s condition to determine repairable or non-repairable damage
- Follows written procedures to determine unit performance
- Performs complex repair on units and firmware upgrades
- Performs final testing to confirm repair results
- Accesses and uses diagnostic programs
- Performs assigned work while maintaining efficiency and quality standards
- Performs electronic and/or mechanical adjustments using specialized test equipment
- Performs training for other employees
- Creates and validates test and repair procedures
- Reviews and approves parts replacement and unit status
- Performs data entry tasks using available reporting systems
- Tracks and reports production and labor information

- 2+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills

Pay
The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $25.00 and $31.00/hr. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
