Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement programs that promote accessibility and inclusion for children with disabilities.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform program development and policy recommendations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to advance our mission.
- Support fundraising efforts to secure resources for our programs and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., disability studies, social work, public health).
- Experience working with children with disabilities or in related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Passionate about creating a more accessible world for all children with disabilities.
- Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Skills
- Knowledge of disability rights and accessibility standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
