About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement programs that promote accessibility and inclusion for children with disabilities.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform program development and policy recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to advance our mission.
  • Support fundraising efforts to secure resources for our programs and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., disability studies, social work, public health).
  • Experience working with children with disabilities or in related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Passionate about creating a more accessible world for all children with disabilities.
  • Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Skills

  • Knowledge of disability rights and accessibility standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
