As a Lead Rehabilitation Technician, you'll support individuals recovering from traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries while providing leadership to a team of Rehabilitation Technicians. You'll balance hands-on client care with coaching, training, scheduling, and ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centered services. What You'll Do Provides leadership, coaching, and oversight for Rehab Tech I, II, and II staffParticipates in the on-call rotationAttend to administrative needs and coordinate with medical providersAssist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medicationsSupport community outings, transportation, and activitiesBuild positive relationships and encourage independenceHelp maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment What We're Looking For Compassionate, dependable, and team-orientedStrong communication and ability to build trustAdaptable, patient, and resilientPerson-centered mindset with respect for individual differences Required What You Bring Two-year degree from an accredited college or university.
