About the Role
As a Lead Rehabilitation Technician, you'll empower individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and spinal cord injuries (SCI) to regain independence while providing leadership and support to a team of Rehabilitation Technicians.
Responsibilities
- Provides leadership, coaching, and oversight for Rehab Tech I, II and III staff
- Attends to administrative needs and coordinates with medical providers
- Affords daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
- Supports community outings, transportation, and activities
- Builds positive relationships and encourages independence
- Helps maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
Requirements
- Two-year degree from an accredited college or university. Equivalent leadership experience will be accepted with a High School Diploma or G.E.D in lieu of a 2-year degree
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
- Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
