About the Role

As a Lead Rehabilitation Technician, you'll empower individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and spinal cord injuries (SCI) to regain independence while providing leadership and support to a team of Rehabilitation Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, coaching, and oversight for Rehab Tech I, II and III staff
• Attends to administrative needs and coordinates with medical providers
• Affords daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
• Supports community outings, transportation, and activities
• Builds positive relationships and encourages independence
• Helps maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment

Requirements

• Two-year degree from an accredited college or university. Equivalent leadership experience will be accepted with a High School Diploma or G.E.D in lieu of a 2-year degree
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
