Lead Registered Behavior Technician
Lead RBT Responsibilities
- Provide direct therapy services
- Mentor and support other technicians
- Model best practices and maintain consistency in treatment implementation
- Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical leadership
- Ensure high-quality service delivery
- Provide feedback to team members
- Support onboarding or training as needed
Qualifications
Experienced RBTs who are passionate about supporting both clients and team members while continuing to grow their leadership skills.
