Lead Registered Behavior Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Follow behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans with integrity
• Cookordination all aspects of RBT onboarding with relevant individuals
• Identify RBT's who may need additional training and coordinates with relevant BCBA
• Show proficiency to use and teach KURE and ReThink
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of scheduling
• Cookordinate closing and opening the clinic when needed
• Communicate all relevant information from sessions to the BCBA
• Relay any relevant information related to families to BCBA/Parent Advocate
• Cookordinate daily aspects of the general day to day running of the clinic (supplies, ordering, maintenance, generalizing stimuli system, etc)
• Will be one of the individuals receiving daily callouts
• Recognize and teach in the moment skills that are required to promote treatment integrity, progress, and RBT skill development
• Responsible for helping to foster a positive work environment

Position Requirements

• Flexibility is required
• Pass a Background Check
• RBT certified, First Aid certified, and CPR certified

Education requirements

A high school diploma or GED equivalent

• Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 25lbs are also required.

Working Environment

This job operates in an outpatient clinic environment. Travel between clinics may be required if RBT is servicing more than one clinic.
