The Lead Recovery Specialist II

The Lead Recovery Specialist II supports and clarifies roles for Recovery Specialists and Peer Support Specialists to ensure the completion of clinical duties. This position works with program leadership to develop and implement policies, procedures, and services focusing on meeting the physical and psychological needs of members served.

• Shifts Available: Full-Time, AM, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Tuesday - Saturday
  Full-Time, AM, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Sunday - Thursday

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• Four (4) years of direct service experience in mental health and/or intellectual and/or developmental disabilities within patient and outpatient settings
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification throughout employment
• Proficiency in implementing Individual Behavior Support Plans (IBSPs)
• Understanding of client advocacy and rights as defined in Title 17 and Title 9
• Basic nursing skills and interventions, knowledge of mental and physical health conditions and terminologies
• At least 18 years of age
• CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification (hands-on course) on date of employment or prior to providing direct client care, and maintain current certification throughout employment
• Valid and current driver’s license, personal vehicle insurance with name listed as a driver
• Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate
