What You Will Do to Change Lives
The Lead Recovery Specialist II ensures the completion of duties of clinical staff by supporting and clarifying Recovery Specialist and Peer Support Specialist roles. The position provides direct services and works with program leadership in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and services with the primary focus on meeting the physical and psychological needs of members served in a manner consistent with Rehabilitation and Recovery principles.

- Days: Friday – Monday
Expected starting wage range is $23.00 - $23.09. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified (hands-on course) on date of employment or prior to providing direct client care and maintain current certification throughout employment

Additional Requirements
- If the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment.
- Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
- Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
