Lead Radiologic Technologist

Location: Morrisville, VT • Full-Time (Part-Time also available)

Pay

$34–$42/hour (based on experience) • Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for eligible full-time hires

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-Ray procedures following established protocols.
• Support imaging services in the Operating Room, inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings.
• Coordinate daily workflow and assist with scheduling priorities.
• Mentor and train new technologists, students, and travelers.
• Ensure quality imaging, radiation safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with equipment readiness and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with radiologists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support departmental process improvements and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT Certification (Required).
• Active Vermont Radiologic Technologist License (Required before submission).
• BLS Certification.
• Minimum 5 years of Radiology experience.
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Schedule

Varies based on department needs; weekend and holiday rotation required.
