Lead Radiologic Technologist

Location: Morrisville, VT • Full-Time (Part-Time also available)
Pay
$34–$42/hour (based on experience) • Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for eligible full-time hires
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic X-Ray procedures following established protocols.
- Support imaging services in the Operating Room, inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings.
- Coordinate daily workflow and assist with scheduling priorities.
- Mentor and train new technologists, students, and travelers.
- Ensure quality imaging, radiation safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Assist with equipment readiness and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with radiologists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Support departmental process improvements and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology.
- ARRT Certification (Required).
- Active Vermont Radiologic Technologist License (Required before submission).
- BLS Certification.
- Minimum 5 years of Radiology experience.
- Lead or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Schedule
Varies based on department needs; weekend and holiday rotation required.
