Lead Quality Technician, Manufacturing - Omniseal Solution
Lead Quality Inspector performing a variety of inspection and test tasks in support of Manufacturing and customer-related processes. Inspections and tests (dimensional and visual) are conducted at all stages of the manufacturing process, including related documentation. Work may take place in a cleanroom environment onsite or offsite.
Responsibilities
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections per specifications, router instructions, and/or procedures, using magnification or other vision equipment.
- Use handheld measuring instruments and precision measurement/test equipment to perform inspections and evaluations.
- Input inspection and test results into designated databases and logs.
- Scan and maintain records of inspection results, material and process certificates, and other quality documentation.
- Pass an annual eye exam.
- Lift up to 25 pounds.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Two or more years of experience in a Quality or Production role, performing inspections/testing and using measuring gauges and equipment.
- Basic computer proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Good math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Good eye-hand coordination and vision to read written materials and measuring instruments.
- Ability to use measuring equipment such as calipers, gages, and pi tapes.
Pay
Local pay range: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour ($62,400 to $83,200 per year), depending on experience, location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and other factors. Eligible for periodic bonus payments (quarterly bonus) ranging from 7.5% to 10% of the hourly rate based on company and individual performance. Total annual target cash range: $67,080 to $90,480. Overtime paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate.
