About the role This client is seeking a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer based in Boston, MA with a requirement of 4 days onsite. You will be joining a global investment management firm that is focused on delivering software solutions that support essential financial systems. Responsibilities

1. Drive testing strategy and lead offshore teams in fast-paced environments.
2. Leverage Java, BDD, Gherkin, AI-driven testing tools, and automated QA practices.
3. Strong visibility across enterprise applications supporting important business functions and global stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing
• Excellent with Java-based testing frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Behavior Driven Development
• Hands-on experience with Gherkin
• Experience leading or managing offshore teams across multiple time zones
• Experience using AI tools in testing or automation workflows
• Strong monitoring and security skills

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience mentoring junior QA engineers
• Investment and trading experience
