Lead QA/QC Manager (Data Centers)

Responsibilities
- Communicate field quality issues to appropriate stakeholders
- Work with discipline subcontractors to ensure contractor quality plans and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) are in place and compliant with site-specific requirements
- Lead contractor quality audits on-site and in fabrication facilities
- Ensure ITPs and inspection/test forms (Test Packs) are understood by the contractor and construction management team, acted on, and completed in compliance with ITPs
- Develop Construction Turn Over Package requirements
- Provide on-site assistance, monitor material at receipt and before installation, and ensure Nonconformities are captured in Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) with approved corrective actions implemented
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in Industrial Construction Field with QA/QC experience
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Office 365 platforms such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Forward-thinking attitude and willingness to learn best practices and contribute innovative ideas
Qualifications
- Ability to learn quickly and broaden knowledge base
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams
- Adaptability to new challenges and environments
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent on-the-job experience
- Certified technical training preferred

Pay
The pay range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
The schedule for this role is full-time, with occasional travel to project sites in Baton Rouge, LA.
