Lead Puller

This position’s main functions are to provide in-depth technical support and training to the Pulling and Back to Stock personnel. Ensure the product is pulled efficiently and accurately to guarantee on-time delivery and customer-requested quality. Responsible for each associate on shift, ensuring quality and meeting efficiency and accuracy standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper operation of department equipment; requests maintenance assistance when necessary.
• Monitors quality and quantity of work processed by each operation and/or individual.
• Distributes goals for key measurements and communicates them to all associates on shift.
• Creates associate success through training and coaching, fostering a fair, challenging, and pleasant working environment.
• Ensures associates comply with company attendance policies by maintaining accurate records of attendance and tardiness.
• Maintains and understands departmental policies and procedures.
• Provides leadership and conducts regular informational meetings for employees.
• Develops people for further responsibilities.
• Ensures garments remain in bags or boxes at all times to maintain quality for customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry, inventory management, and customer order processing; maintains accurate records, tracks inventory transactions, and ensures data integrity.
• Prints and distributes customer orders to warehouse associates, performs order picking as needed, prepares shipping documentation, and enters inventory and shipping data into the system to maintain accurate records and support efficient warehouse operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and one to two years’ related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems.
• Strong data entry and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.

Physical Demands

• Regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, or kneel.

Work Environment

• Works near mechanical parts.
• Noise level in the working area is moderate.
