Job Description Summary The Lead Project Manager will report directly to the Site Project Management Leader and will be responsible for managing projects scope, delivery, quality, cost, risk mitigation, and customer satisfaction for assigned customer orders of the Capacitor and/or Power Sensing product lines. Scope Job Description The Lead Project Manager will report directly to the Site Project Management Leader and will be responsible for managing projects scope, delivery, quality, cost, risk mitigation, and customer satisfaction for assigned customer orders of the Capacitor and/or Power Sensing product lines. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate OTR (Order to Remittance) phase for domestic and international projects with a focus on planning, and coordinating activities to fulfill a customer order, including financial and commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfactionCoordinate with Supply Chain, Quality and Engineering teams, to secure On Time execution of projectsMaintain Projects status in ERP system, MES, or other toolsCommunicate both with customers and suppliers seeking successful deliveries of projects milestonesDevelop and present operational plans, project strategies, and technical roadmaps.Responsible for risk identification and mitigation for assigned projectsEnsure key functions have access to accurate current reports and projections and relevant reports are available for the customerEnsure delivery of customers’ orders is compliant with the requirements of the contract (technical specification, scope and time of delivery) leading to full customer satisfaction and business. objectives of gross margin, revenue recognition and cash are metImprove KPI such as On-Time Delivery, Orders Overdue, and Cash-FlowManage Customer claims for assigned ordersEnsure adequate planning and productive time for customers during FAT visitsLead and coordinate projects including those produced in different manufacturing sitesLead and/or support logistics arrangements for local and international projects Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in Project Management)Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or relevant experience Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $87,000.00 and $145,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
