Lead Project Manager
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
Responsible for the overall program management, which includes strategy, project management, and negotiations with multiple key partners and stakeholders. This includes liquidity strategy, talent acquisition, program management, process management and completion of strategic initiatives. Work as the business manager and key contact for the Head of Commercial Deposits. Support Commercial Deposits change management activities related to Commercial Bankings continuous improvement of business operations.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Project Management specific to new business initiatives, liquidity management, program management, deposit strategy and fee generation
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of business management tasks such as on-boarding and off-boarding of employees, asset management, and BCP
- Work with CRE on occupancy and floor planning
- Cross-team requests/deliverables
- Execute Yearly Plan and Forecasting - review, analyze, investigate and define the budget for the organization
- Monthly Financial Reporting
- Consistent execution of Day-to-day Operations and Administrative Functions
- Identify and execute cost savings / efficiencies
- Accountable for and key contact for GRM’s strategic management of current and forecasted corporate real estate (CRE) requirements on a global portfolio basis while working with GRM and functional partners in the region to support this.
- Co-ordinate Enterprise Risk events such as town halls and leadership meetings/events
- Support cost management & optimization initiatives (Technology, Spend, CRE, Telecom)
- Responsibility for Spend analysis, process improvements for overall GRM business operations e.g. procurement
- Key contact for BCP activities and approvals to ensure GRM has the appropriate BCP coverage and process for Business Continuity)
- Implement and monitor GRM’s Compliance and privacy programs is implemented as required including monitored employees
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years strategy development, project management, working with senior leaders.
- Additional Qualifications: Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance, Excellent project and program planning and managerial skills are required, Extensive industry/business knowledge, Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management, Must be able to capture and critically evaluate gaps, regulatory requirements and translate into working solutions, Must have the ability to speak to all levels of management and colleagues across the organization, Must be able to get work done through others, influence, and prioritize, Proactive work style used to consistently communicate project status, issues and completion plans, Strong expertise in MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint and Visio required, PMP - Project Management Professional - Preferred, Experience within Enterprise Policy - Preferred

- Compensation Starting base salary: $101,231 - $172,355 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
