Lead Project Controller
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). They gave examples but we can use other headings if appropriate? They said use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should use those headings only if content exists. We have "About you" content describing company culture, purpose, beliefs, diversity etc. That could be "About the role"? Actually "About you" is more about company. Could map to "About the role"? Not exactly. But we can still use heading "About the role"? The content is about company and culture, not role specifics. However we need to include substantive info. Perhaps we can use heading "About the company" but not in list. The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those are typical. Safer to use those headings only when appropriate. We have content about company purpose, beliefs, diversity, inclusive policies. Could fit under "About the role"? Not really. Maybe we can treat as "About you" heading but they didn't list it. However they said use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). The "e.g." implies examples, not exhaustive. So we can use other headings as needed, but must be . We'll include sections: About the company (or About you), Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications/Skills), maybe Skills. We have a lot of responsibilities list, and a "Skills and Responsibilities" heading then responsibilities list. Also there is "Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience:" which includes qualifications. We'll split into Qualifications and Skills maybe.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Already we have some EEO statements in "About you": "As an Equal Opportunities Employer..." etc. That's boilerplate; we should remove it. Also disability-friendly statement etc. Remove those lines. Also remove "Read more about the Purpose, Beliefs and Guiding Principles that drive us:" etc? That's a link; we can keep the purpose and beliefs content but remove the "Read more..." line. Also remove "Our vision for Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging:" maybe keep content? It's somewhat boilerplate but includes specifics about 6 continents, 24 countries. Might be considered substantive? It's generic but includes some detail. Might keep but it's fluffy. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The diversity vision might be considered boilerplate but includes some specifics. Safer to keep? It's not EEO but still generic. I'd keep it as part of About you.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to keep the purpose and beliefs statements (We PLAY BIG etc). Keep the diversity inclusion statements (Our combined energy is fueled by different nationalities, across 6 continents and 24 countries. Our commitment is to celebrate character – no matter what ethnic background, gender, age, religion, identity, or disability.) That's substantive.
Now we need to format.

Details
withcontaining that info. We should not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections because not present. Thus final HTML fragment includes sections: About the company, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Details. Make sure no extra text, just HTML. Check for any duplicated lines: we removed boilerplate EEO etc. Also removed "As an Equal Opportunities Employer, we value applications from all backgrounds, cultures, and abilities." and disability-friendly statement. Also removed "Read more about the Purpose, Beliefs and Guiding Principles that drive us:" line. Also removed "Our vision for Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging:"? We kept the content after that. Actually we kept the sentence starting "Our vision for Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging:"? We included that as part of paragraph. Might be okay. Check for any leftover "About you:" heading? We changed to About the company. Check for any mention of "Job ID" etc none.
