Project Controls Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project controls activities including scheduling, cost control, forecasting, risk management, and change management
• Develop and maintain project schedules and cost estimates in coordination with project teams
• Maintain project progress and performance against baseline plans, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions
• Cookordination with project managers to ensure timely and accurate reporting of project controls data
• Manage risk identification, assessment, and mitigation processes
• Oversee change management processes ensuring compliance with contract requirements and internal policies
• Prepare and present project controls reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Mentor and support project controls staff to build capability and ensure best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field required
• Minimum of 10 years experience in project controls within the construction industry, preferrably on transit projects
• Proven leadership skills with experience leading project controls teams
• Strong knowledge of scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and cost control tools (e.g., Prolog, Primavera Contract Management)
• Excellent understanding of project control processes including scheduling, cost estimating, forecasting, risk analysis, and change management
• Able to analyze complex project data and provide actionable insights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience with large capital projects, preferably in airport or infrastructure sectors, is highly desirable
• Certifications such as PSP, PMP, PMI-SP, or CCP preferred

Pay

Salary Range: $150,000-$160,000
