Key Responsibilities
- Lead project controls activities including scheduling, cost control, forecasting, risk management, and change management
- Develop and maintain project schedules and cost estimates in coordination with project teams
- Maintain project progress and performance against baseline plans, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions
- Cookordination with project managers to ensure timely and accurate reporting of project controls data
- Manage risk identification, assessment, and mitigation processes
- Oversee change management processes ensuring compliance with contract requirements and internal policies
- Prepare and present project controls reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Mentor and support project controls staff to build capability and ensure best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field required
- Minimum of 10 years experience in project controls within the construction industry, preferrably on transit projects
- Proven leadership skills with experience leading project controls teams
- Strong knowledge of scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and cost control tools (e.g., Prolog, Primavera Contract Management)
- Excellent understanding of project control processes including scheduling, cost estimating, forecasting, risk analysis, and change management
- Able to analyze complex project data and provide actionable insights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience with large capital projects, preferably in airport or infrastructure sectors, is highly desirable
- Certifications such as PSP, PMP, PMI-SP, or CCP preferred
Pay
Salary Range: $150,000-$160,000
