Royal Caribbean Group’s Royal Caribbean International brand has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Lead, Program Management on the Product Development Team reporting to the Senior Manager, Program Management. This position will work onsite in Miami, Florida. This position is also not eligible for work authorization sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage strategic projects and initiatives across the Product Development portfolio from planning through execution and completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, action plans, and performance metrics.
- Monitor project health, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to support successful delivery.
- Ensure projects are executed within approved timelines, budgets, and business objectives.
- Establish and promote consistent project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain project dashboards, portfolio reports, and executive-level presentations.
