Lead Program Facilitator - Comm. Ed.

Summary

Provide supervision and approval of the District’s facility use and special events by Dysart employees and community members seeking facility rental opportunities. Support the Program Manager on implementation of Enrichment courses. Support oversight of site specialists supplemental opportunities supporting facility use by the community. Collaborate and support site administration and secretaries ensuring accurate and appropriate facility use. Maintain Eleyo’s district wide facility events/operations software program.

Essential Duties

  • Manage district wide facility use ensuring accuracy of facility availability
  • Communicate weekly facility use report to district departments and staff
  • Coordinate facility rental needs (equipment, technology, staffing)
  • Support Manager in staffing site specialists supporting third party facility use
  • Supports development and maintenance of Community Ed website and social media platforms
  • Builds relationships with community members enhancing community engagement
  • Monitors and maintains the enrichment and facilities section of Eleyo software
  • Provides administrative support of fiscal data through reports
  • Assists in scheduling and coordinating special projects and events
  • Establish and maintain good rapport with all stakeholders such as; DUSD staff, community members and vendors.
  • Maintain a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality
  • Performs other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned

Education And Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Customer service and data entry experience
  • School office experience preferred
  • Three (3) years of administrative support experience preferred

Licensing/Certifications

  • Obtain and maintain a valid Arizona Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card (AZ IVP FPCC)

ADA And Other Requirements

Positions in this class typically require: reaching, standing, walking, fingering, grasping, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions. Light Work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for Sedentary Work, and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for Light work.

Working Conditions

Work is routinely performed in an indoor, school environment, however outdoor work is sometimes required.
