Lead Production Operator C2 1st Shift 6A-2:30P

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct daily team meetings with Operators and Single Serve Team Members
• Collect data for Single Serve shift reporting at the beginning and end of every shift
• Ensure Machines are running at peak performance during shift and effectively reporting issues to Supervisor and Maintenance Technicians
• Ensure all recorded information of downtime and machinery adjustments are turned in to Supervisor and shared with Maintenance Technicians
• Responsible for continuing education on all pieces of equipment when opportunities present themselves
• Aid with breaks and lunches to ensure machines are running at peak performance for the full production shift
• Ensure full communication with Material Handlers to have proper raw materials at each machine and removal of non-used materials away from the machines
• If Supervisor is away or on vacation, this role becomes the Leader of the shift to ensure that all operations run smoothly

• Ability to improve performance of production equipment and obtain highest levels of efficiency and low levels of production waste
• Ability to train and give constructive criticism to further personnel knowledge of machinery
• High school diploma or GED
• Microsoft Office Experience

Starting Pay Rate

Pay Rate $28.41 per hour
