Production Lead - 1st Shift

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead daily production floor operations in a multi-temperature environment, including refrigerated and freezer areas ranging from -10°F to 40°F
• Cook/coordinate workflow and staffing assignments to ensure production goals, deadlines, and quality standards are achieved
• Maintain productivity and operational performance using WMS reports and production tracking systems
• Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, coaching, and direction to production associates throughout the shift
• Conduct daily start-up meetings to communicate goals, safety expectations, and operational updates
• Train and cross-train employees on production processes, procedures, and safety standards
• Absorb and support documentation of process updates and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Foster a positive and respectful team environment through strong communication, accountability, and employee engagement
• Perform manual labor and production tasks as needed
• Ensure compliance with all company safety, security, food safety, and SQF requirements
• Maintain professionalism, dependable attendance, and a strong commitment to operational excellence
