Production Lead - 1st Shift

Join Bilinski Sausage Mfg. Co. in Cohoes, NY as a Line Lead for 1st-Shift Packaging Operations.

Pay

$23.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Schedule

1st shift, Monday – Friday, 5:45 AM – 2:30 PM (or until finished, with mandatory overtime as required). Weekends off.

Responsibilities

• Meet packaging efficiency goals.
• Motivate team members.
• Ensure compliance with dress code, on-time starts, and line sanitation.
• Complete all batch paperwork and verify product packaging specifications are met.
• Fill in for key line positions when needed.
• Organize and prepare all supplies, including labels and packaging materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading teams as a Production Lead or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and health & safety standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification (e.g., HACCP) and education is a plus.
• Bilingual ability encouraged.
• Must adhere to company no-facial-hair and no-jewelry policies for production and warehouse positions.
