Lead Production - 2nd shift

Responsibilities

• Ensure production team conformance to safety procedures through daily monitoring, documenting issues, and taking preventative action.
• Ensure product quality requirements are met and that the production team follows all production processes.
• Lead the production team to meet daily and weekly production schedules.
• Escalate production issues cross-functionally per established processes.
• Ensure accurate completion of transactions and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Maintain all tools and equipment in proper working order.
• Coordinate training and certification of the production team and maintain required documentation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing activities, including leading Improve-It Ideas.
• Lead the onboarding of new production team members.
• Execute production processes as needed to provide backup or meet schedules.
• Resolve teamwork issues and address performance concerns with the supervisor.
• Lead daily Tier 1 meetings and communicate issues to Tier 2 meetings.
• Provide feedback and documentation on employee performance and policy compliance.
• Create proposed disciplinary action write-ups and performance appraisals for the supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Attend all required company training.
• Demonstrate commitment to Stratasys Behaviors by leading, acting, and modeling these values.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• ERP system knowledge.
• Proficiency in computer skills: email, ADP/HRMS, test operating systems, and communication tools.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management (Nice to Have).
• Experience with LEAN Manufacturing (Nice to Have).

Pay

For this position, the typical hourly rate is from $24 to $27 per hour, excluding variable incentive pay. The final rate will depend on skills, qualifications, location, and experience.
