Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management and/or software engineering in enterprise software and/or SaaS, ideally involving device, location, and/or network intelligence; must have direct prior experience in software development.
- 3+ years in online gaming, betting, or adjacent compliance-driven industries preferred
- Strong technical foundation with comfort engaging in architecture, integrations, performance, and platform discussions
- Proven business acumen supporting product investment decisions
- Active practitioner of AI tools and modern product development workflows
- At a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent experience
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and execute a product roadmap that delivers high ROI updates each month and works toward achieving our vision.
- Lead and influence a high-performing product team with a culture of frequently shipping updates, an ownership mindset, and an obsession with customers’ pain points.
- Serve as a key voice of product across customers, partners, employees, and investors — clearly articulating Xpoint’s value proposition and competitive differentiation
- Partner deeply with engineering on architecture, performance, integrations, workflows, UX, and AI utilization
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to guide product investment decisions and measure product and feature success
- Stay ahead of industry, regulatory, competitive, and technology trends to continuously refine strategy and roadmap
- Support sales, marketing, and customer success through strong product messaging, enablement tools, and direct customer engagement
- Champion and lead-by-example on how to use modern AI tools and AI-driven workflows to improve product quality, velocity, and decision-making
- Roll up your sleeves as a hands-on product leader for 80% of your job and be a coach to other product managers for the other 20%
