Lead Product Manager - Agreement Manager Search

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to lead the search and discovery experience for Docusign Agreement Manager. In this role, you will own the end-to-end user experience for how customers search, browse, and act on agreements in Agreement Manager, with a strong focus on usability, AI-first experiences, and measurable business impact. You will be responsible for improving core search quality and relevance, defining and tracking key metrics, and stitching together a cohesive experience across search, chat, and worksheets to help customers ask questions and get trusted answers from their agreements. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Product Management.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for search and discovery within Docusign Agreement Manager, aligned to the broader IAM platform strategy
- Lead the user experience for how customers search, filter, sort, and explore agreements in Agreement Manager, partnering closely with Design and Research to deliver intuitive, delightful workflows
- Improve search quality and relevance through experimentation, ranking, and result presentation; define KPIs, implement tracking, and use data to continuously refine the experience
- Define and deliver cohesive workflows that connect search, chat, and worksheets so customers can ask natural language questions, get answers, and take action in one integrated experience
- Partner with AI, Search, and Engineering teams to bring AI-first features to market, including natural language search, conversational query experiences, and proactive recommendations
- Work closely with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders (including Sales, Customer Success, Support, and GTM teams) to identify problems, validate solutions, and drive adoption of search- and AI-led workflows
Requirements
- 12+ years of related product management experience for SaaS products and services, or 8+ years with a Master's degree, including meaningful ownership of user-facing search or discovery experiences
- Experience building and iterating on data- and metrics-driven products, including defining KPIs, instrumenting telemetry, and running experiments to improve outcomes
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, Program Management, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support
- Experience leading complex, user-facing initiatives end to end from problem discovery and concept validation through launch and post-launch iteration
Qualifications
- Experience with search, information retrieval, or discovery products (for example, enterprise search, content repositories, analytics/workspace tools, or knowledge management systems)
- Experience with AI/ML-powered user experiences such as natural language search, conversational interfaces, recommendations, or semantic search
- Experience with B2B or enterprise SaaS products serving large organizations
- Experience working directly with customers and field teams (Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Support, GTM) to understand use cases, validate solutions, and drive adoption
- Strong user experience sensibility with a track record of partnering closely with Design and Research to shape delightful end-to-end workflows
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to align strategy, customer needs, research, data, and industry trends
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate product strategy, requirements, and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences
Pay
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
- California: $186,100.00 - $300,550.00 base salary
- Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $178,900.00 - $252,700.00 base salary
- Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $178,900.00 - $262,825.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for a company bonus plan (calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance) and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

Schedule
Job Designation: Hybrid. Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required (minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation). Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within Docusign. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.
