About the role

- You will supervise Houly personnel on the Contract Management team
- You will perform customer service tasks to resolve contractual issues for clients, company personnel, and subcontract partners
- You will manage I9 review and identification badging processes for internal and subcontract personnel
- You will ensure contract documents are properly input and updated in company systems
- You will prepare and publish performance reports for company leadership
- You will perform periodic contract compliance audits
- You will oversee subcontractor insurance compliance, including review of Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
- You will develop, document, and maintain Contract Management team processes
- You will assume additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- You'll need a Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent
- You'll need experience administering contracts
- You'll need to be proficient with Microsoft and Google Business Applications (Excel, Smartsheets and Googlesheets)
- You'll need excellent analytical skills
- You'll need to have the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- You'll need excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You'll need to have the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a remote environment
