Manager Contract Management

Discover a more connected career at Lambert's Cable as a Contract Manager. You’ll manage, develop, and maintain contract standards and processes.

What you’ll do

• You will supervise Houly personnel on the Contract Management team.
• You will perform customer service tasks to resolve contractual issues for clients, company personnel, and subcontract partners.
• You will manage I9 review and identification badging processes for internal and subcontract personnel.
• You will ensure contract documents are properly input and updated in company systems.
• You will prepare and publish performance reports for company leadership.
• You will perform periodic contract compliance audits.
• You will oversee subcontractor insurance compliance, including review of Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
• You will develop, document, and maintain Contract Management team processes.
• You will assume additional duties as assigned.

What you’ll need

• You'll need a Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent.
• You'll need experience administering contracts.
• You'll need to be proficient with Microsoft and Google Business Applications (Excel, Smartsheets and Googlesheets).
• You'll need excellent analytical skills.
• You'll need to have the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• You'll need excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You'll need to have the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a remote environment.
