As LoopNet continues to expand as the #1 global commercial real estate marketplace, we are seeking a Senior Product Designer based in Arlington, VA to accelerate growth and innovation. This role supports two development teams spanning Homepage, Search, and User Accounts, with a focus on integrating AI into user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design effort across two development teams, including strategy, user flows, prototyping, and visual design for Homepage, Search, and User Accounts.
- Design intuitive, trustworthy experiences for AI-powered features such as conversational search, personalization, and assistant-led workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, data scientists, marketing leads, and other designers.
- Understand customer needs using research techniques like surveys, interviews, observations, and data analysis.
- Set high design standards, balancing usability and aesthetic appeal.
- Deliver design solutions using wireframes, flows, mockups, and prototypes.
- Contribute to the design system with flexible solutions and drive the evolution of design practices, including AI interaction patterns.
- Elevate team practices in user testing, research, and interaction design.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person university or college.
- 8+ years of experience in product design, human-computer interaction, usability, user interface design, and/or visual design.
- Strong abilities in sketching, prototyping, and evaluating interaction design.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
- Knowledge of best practices for interaction design across cross-platform devices and applications.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience working in an agile environment, ideally supporting multiple development teams.
- Track record of commitment to prior employers.
- Portfolio of past projects required as part of the application.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing for AI-powered or conversational product experiences.
- Experience developing a Design System.
- Experience in establishing product metrics.
- Enjoy working with data, information, and presentation concepts alongside data-driven colleagues.
- Interest in real estate is a plus.

Pay
Base compensation: $152,000.00–$206,000.00 annually.
Schedule
This position is in-office Monday through Friday, located in Arlington, VA.
