What You’ll Do
- Use data to shape Pinterest’s product adoption strategy.
- Translate data into insights and action, communicating recommendations and learnings to the broader organization.
- Feed insights into updating creative best practices.
- Develop product and marketing measurement plans, learning agendas, and goals.
- Lead end-to-end experimentation efforts, from design to comprehensive reporting.
- Build and maintain central reporting dashboards for improved visibility and accessibility.
- Socialize actionable insights and findings with cross-functional partners.
- Establish best practices and serve as a center of excellence for product marketing measurement.
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional data analysis skills.
- 8+ years of experience analyzing data in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Expertise in SQL or Python/R with experience in various analytical tools and dashboards.
- Experience in designing and executing A/B tests and comprehensive analysis.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter with the ability to work independently and seek information.
- Scrappy, creative problem solver with a knack for working around constraints.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results.
- Comfortable with technical work and using self-serve tools.
- Strong communication skills, able to convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- High-energy, positive team player with the ability to build strong relationships with business partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize data needs.
- Graduate degree in a quantitative field or equivalent work experience.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering (or equivalent work experience).
- Relocation Statement: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
- In-Office Requirement Statement: This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times every 6 months.
Benefits
