What You’ll Do

  • Use data to shape Pinterest’s product adoption strategy.
  • Translate data into insights and action, communicating recommendations and learnings to the broader organization.
  • Feed insights into updating creative best practices.
  • Develop product and marketing measurement plans, learning agendas, and goals.
  • Lead end-to-end experimentation efforts, from design to comprehensive reporting.
  • Build and maintain central reporting dashboards for improved visibility and accessibility.
  • Socialize actionable insights and findings with cross-functional partners.
  • Establish best practices and serve as a center of excellence for product marketing measurement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Exceptional data analysis skills.
  • 8+ years of experience analyzing data in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Expertise in SQL or Python/R with experience in various analytical tools and dashboards.
  • Experience in designing and executing A/B tests and comprehensive analysis.
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter with the ability to work independently and seek information.
  • Scrappy, creative problem solver with a knack for working around constraints.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results.
  • Comfortable with technical work and using self-serve tools.
  • Strong communication skills, able to convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • High-energy, positive team player with the ability to build strong relationships with business partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize data needs.
  • Graduate degree in a quantitative field or equivalent work experience.

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering (or equivalent work experience).
  • Relocation Statement: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
  • In-Office Requirement Statement: This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times every 6 months.

Benefits
