Lead Product Analyst, Pinner Engagement

What You’ll Do
- Use data to shape Pinterest’s product adoption strategy.
- Translate data into insights and action, communicating recommendations and learnings to the broader organization.
- Feed insights into updating creative best practices.
- Develop product and marketing measurement plans, learning agendas, and goals.
- Lead end-to-end experimentation efforts, from design to comprehensive reporting.
- Build and maintain central reporting dashboards for improved visibility and accessibility.
- Socialize actionable insights and findings with cross-functional partners to inform key decisions.
- Establish best practices and center of excellence on product marketing measurement and approaches.
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional data analysis skills.
- 8+ years of experience analyzing data in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Expertise in SQL or Python/R with experience in various analytical tools and dashboards.
- Experience in designing and executing product and marketing measurement frameworks, A/B tests, and comprehensive analysis.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter with the ability to work independently and seek information to deliver results.
- Scraping, creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality results.
- Comfortable with technical work and using self-serve tools without dedicated engineering support.
- Strong communication skills, able to converse with engineers, PMMs, and lead presentations with senior executives.
- High-energy, positive team player with a proven ability to build strong relationships with business partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize data needs and influence decision-making through data.
- Graduate degree in a quantitative field or equivalent work experience.

- Graduate degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering (or equivalent work experience).
