Lead Preventative Maintenance Technician
About the role

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee FOUP docking, run open/close sequence, N2 purge, and check for alarms and report to customer team.
- Support routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating lateral rails and cleaning in confined spaces per module documentation.
- Manage inventory of tooling and resources (e.g., shark cages, utility cages) in Fuzion; oversee test wafer and chamber conditioning.
- Oversee safety and cleanliness through fab/sub-fab walks; complete post-PM recovery, test fire, and qualification procedures.
Requirements
- Required: 2 years on any semiconductor toolset.
- Skills: Proficiency in interpreting technical schematics, diagrams, and equipment manuals; strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in disassembly and assembly of semiconductor tools; familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment, including etching, deposition, and lithography systems; excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Physical Effort/Activities
- May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
