Lead Preventative Maintenance Technician
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversight of FOUP docking, running open/close sequence, N2 purge, and monitoring alarms.
- Support routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating lateral rails and cleaning in confined spaces.
- Manage inventory of tooling and resources in Fuzion; oversee test wafer and chamber conditioning.
- Oversee safety and cleanliness through fab/sub-fab walks; complete post-PM recovery, test fire, and qualification procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience on any semiconductor toolset.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical schematics, diagrams, and equipment manuals.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in disassembly and assembly of semiconductor tools.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment, including etching, deposition, and lithography systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Physical Effort/Activities
- May be required to walk up to 5 miles per day.
- Able to be on feet for 8-10 hours at a time.
- Able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
